Hi,I am Nino Gaetano, Third-generation Bay Area native/resident and realtor, grandson to one of Portola Valley/Menlo Park’s pioneering families(Skrabo-Croatia).Having been born and raised in the Bay Area (Menlo Park/Portola Valley) I was given an incredibly rewarding and diverse educational experience. I attended St. Raymond’s School, Menlo-Atherton High School and I then took the opportunity to attend Washington State University - what a life experience that was, majoring in Cultural Anthropology and Sociology. Currently with 14 years of real estate experience I am an evolving expert in local & national market knowledge, I have brokered the largest real estate transaction in Portola Valley Town History. Through my experience in the field, local school knowledge/experience, dedicated passion to research and data, All of which have proven to support a wealth of industry knowledge, respect among colleagues and a recognized industry leader in creative technology and marketing homes through the internet. My past experience as a collegiate NCAA (PAC-10) Rower contributes to my spirited level of competition, teamwork and success. I continue to prove that my success is a direct result of my ability to create and maintain relationships by understanding my clients, their needs, creative thinking, strategic execution and most of all results. Prior to practicing real estate, I enjoyed success working with California real estate brokers through Bay Networks in Cupertino, CA. I established the company’s Director of Sales position which established company-wide selling practices. I effectively created working relationships with clients and facilitated the strategic conceptualization, direction, and development of various top-rated broker representation sites. I am also a devoted Committee Chair of Students Rising Above (SF) with founding member Wendy Tokuda of KPIX-5 News. SRA’s mission is to help extraordinary low-income Bay Area high school students who are overcoming tremendous odds of poverty, homelessness, and neglect, to fulfill their dream of a college education. We provide the mentoring support, financial assistance, employment skills to be successful in school and in life. Hobbies & Interest: As avid sport/outdoor enthusiast and international travelers my family and I have a wide array of passions and hobbies: College Football, Photography, Italy, Hiking (incredibly local knowledge of the Santa Cruz & Sierra Morena trail system) Tennis, Running Golf, Skiing, Hockey (Go Sharks!)
